Guided meditation sung in Irish and English to elevate consciousness to heavenly realms to effectively bring a much needed measure of serenity and peace.

A meditative performance to return you to your heart. For your own private healing.  As a sound mediator I use my voice and music to guide your meditation. Signature sounds that can shift energy from low to high. Can reduce stress and  promote relaxation.

Benefits are higher level of alertness and energy, more alive, connection versus isolation, stilling of the mind. Cultivating gratitude creates and upward spiral of health, wholeness, goodness.   Instruments Tibetan singing bowl / Root chakra, Glass singing bowl / Heart chakra, tuning forks.
